1. Order Processing
Once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been authorized, our fulfillment team begins preparing your order.
Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, although during periods of exceptionally high demand, holidays, or promotional events, processing may require additional time.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Orders cannot be shipped until payment has been successfully verified.
2. Order Verification
To protect our customers and prevent fraudulent transactions, certain orders may require additional verification before shipment.
Verification procedures may include confirmation of billing information, shipping information, payment authorization, or other security checks.
Orders requiring verification may experience additional processing time.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries where our logistics partners operate.
Unfortunately, certain locations may not be eligible for delivery due to carrier restrictions, customs limitations, local regulations, or logistical constraints.
If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, carrier performance, and local logistics.

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or discounted shipping rates.
Any applicable shipping charges will always be displayed before payment is completed.
6. Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple products, items may be shipped separately.
This allows our fulfillment partners to process products from different warehouses more efficiently.
Customers may therefore receive multiple tracking numbers and multiple deliveries for a single order.
No additional shipping charges will apply for split shipments unless clearly stated during checkout.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information whenever available.
Tracking updates depend on the carrier and destination country.
Please note that tracking information may require several business days before becoming active.
8. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Klyvost has no control over these charges and cannot estimate their amount.

10. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information before completing their purchase.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided:

- additional shipping fees may apply;
- orders may become undeliverable;
- we cannot guarantee successful redirection once an order has entered processing.

11. Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
Depending on the outcome of the investigation, we may provide:
- a replacement shipment;
- a partial refund;
- or a full refund where appropriate.
12. Delivered but Not Received
If tracking indicates that an order has been successfully delivered but you cannot locate the package, we recommend:
- checking around your property;
- asking household members;
- checking with neighbors;
- contacting your local carrier.
If the package still cannot be located, please contact our customer support team.
13. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- your order number;
- photographs of the damaged product;
- photographs of the packaging.
Our support team will review your case and determine the most appropriate resolution.
